Party Poison and Fun Ghoul don't always mix so well. In the past I've used the vinegar and oil metaphor, because if you shake shit up, they mix together great, but if you leave them out on the table alone they separate and don't mix at all. They're very different people in some aspects and unfortunately those are the aspects that matter the most. Party is loud and rude and a little obnoxious -- he's got his good side and his bad side, but Ghoul tends to bring out that bad side, the bitchy side. They fight constantly, mostly just bickering and mild bitching at each other. Professionally, as killjoys, they're a good match, because they keep each other in check, but when they're left alone in the same room for a long period of time they pick at each other. Party's the most willing to indulge Ghoul in fighting, too, so it's not just verbal fights but physical ones.
Tenny put it brilliantly: "They have completely different brains. Where Party is attack, Ghoul is wait-it-out. Where Party is excess, Ghoul is control. Where Party is flippancy, Ghoul is courtesy. It wouldn’t be a problem if either of them appreciated the other’s method, but both men are pretty sure they are right and the other one is pretty dumb."
The funny thing is they're actually good friends. Both of them would die for the other (though they wouldn't say it) and Ghoul, at least, considers Party family, or - very close, at least. It's the good parts of Party, the things most only the crew of five get to see, that gives weight to the crush that Ghoul's got on the guy. It's a messy, really unhealthy crush, and Party's oblivious, and Ghoul wouldn't have told him ever, while they were alive. Maybe in a game, post-death, but not ever while they were alive.
A song that describes them (and is shippy): Nicotine by Panic! at the Disco.

Kobra Kid and Fun Ghoul are, to use Homestuck terms, moirails, in the most platonic form of the word. Basically they're platonic soulbros - Kobra keeps Ghoul in check, watches out for him and makes sure that Ghoul doesn't spiral too far. Kobra won't fight Ghoul a lot of the time, unless he's really, really angry - instead he ignores Ghoul's baiting attempts and usually ends up finding a project for Ghoul to work on when he gets tired of the whole taunting thing.
There's not much romance between the two of them and that's fine on both sides - they draw together, they fix shit together, and they don't talk, a whole lot of the time. Comfortable silence, with them sitting back to back, or with Ghoul with his legs in Kobra's lap or whatever - that's typically how you'll find them. They understand each other. And a lot of the time, Ghoul's better at calming Kobra down than Kobra's brother is.

Jet Star is Ghoul's mommy. Basically. Jet Star's the calm and unruffled one out of all of them (mostly, and by that I mean he's just the one least likely to jump to violence as an answer) and he's very mother hen-y, to the point of sometimes being condescending. But he's pretty observant which means he looks out for the boys and their Girl, and makes sure that they're not internalizing too much. Jet knows that Ghoul's got a thing for Party, and he knows that Ghoul's angry a lot of the time, and he knows how to make sure that Ghoul isn't going to blow up.
Ghoul feels comfortable the most around Jet, and he tells him a lot of shit that he wouldn't otherwise tell anybody. Jet knows the most about Ghoul's history, too, and while all of the boys know that Ghoul used to be an exterminator, Jet's the only one who knows the entire story from start to finish.
